At Tony Bianco, we want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure your items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to an authorized postal service point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
